Tell us what you have and what’s wrong. We’ll reply with a time to drop it off, look it over, and send you a quote. Nothing is charged until you agree the price.
Booked in
Your request becomes a ticket. The shop signs it for you, so no account is needed.
Quote ready
A technician inspects the device and writes the price, the fix and when it will be ready on the ticket.
On the bench
Once you say go ahead, a technician takes the job and signs for it on the ticket.
Ready to collect
The repair is done and tested. The ticket says so, and we let you know.
Collected
When you pick it up, the technician signs the collection. The ticket closes and stays checkable.
